TY KU White Sake: Pinnacle of Sakes 

TY KU uses traditional Japanes brewing techniques to make fine sakes and wine. Brewing is overseen by legendary sake master Yoishio Koizumi to make this high-end, Daiginjo-rated sake; that means it’s darn good. To make the sake, water is sourced from the Oirase River and both Yamada Nishiki rice and handmade koji are used.
