Named after the most famous Viking Earls of Orkney, the Highland Park Earl Magnus whisky displays the same strength and character as the 11th century ruler. Distilled near the cathedral of St. Magnus in Kirkwall, the 15 year-old whisky has a clear and bright appearance with notes of lemon, ginger, and cinnamon bark. The palate is vanilla with balanced smokiness and with a medium sweet finish. The drink is available at the Highland Park’s website now and limited to only 5,976 bottles. ~$136.
