This vintage stool was designed by Xavier Pauchard back in 1934. Boasting industrial flair and that steampunk-oomph it was crafted from sheet steel and built to last. The Marais Stool actually has a bit of history as it was long used as a bribe by breweries to get the bars and brasserie employees to carry the heavy kegs of beer in exchange for a stool. $300.

Robosteel Alien Queen Sculpture

Based in Ireland, Robosteel is an innovative company creating sculpture, movie memorabilia and commissioned pieces all made from scrap metal. This amazing Alien Queen sculpture is almost 8-feet tall and weighs over 1,200 pounds. Over 4,000 pieces of recycled steel were used and the parts come from a range of items such as a car, a boat, a dishwasher, a motorbike, a television and other pieces of recycled steel. Parts are welded together, then sharp edges were smoothed and polished, and lastly it was coated with several layers of lacquer to protect it from the elements. ~$6,200.
