Castillo del Lago is a magnificent legendary home tucked away in Hollywood Hills where famous folks such as Patrick Longdon, Bugsy Siegel and Madonna have lived. This castillo sits on three acres on a hilltop overlooking the Hollywood reservoir. It has nine bedrooms, majestic tall beamed ceilings, tile floors, a spiral staircase and even an elevator. On the grounds there is a courtyard, plenty of rose gardens, a long lap pool (I’m guessing Madonna put that in) and a labyrinth-like garden. The latest owner of this piece of art is commercial director, Joe Pytka, but he too is fleeing the Hollywood coop, and since he bought this for only $5.3 million, it looks like he will make a killing off of this new price tag. $14,950,000.
