The co-founder of Home Depot and owner of the Atlanta Falcons, Arthur Blank, has listed his Atlanta property. No, he’s not abandoning the Falcons, he’s just moving elsewhere in Atlanta. The home has been on the market for a year now and he has most recently cut the price by 18%. The home was built in the early 1950s and is located in the exclusive Tuxedo Park neighborhood. It is situated on four acres of land and has seven bedrooms, a three-car garage and a pool. Arthur Blank bought the home in 1993 for 3.38 million, so even though he has had to reduce the price, he’ll still make a hefty profit. $8,900,000.
